How to deposit funds on Cocorico Market?

You must go to your orders history and click on the finalize button. You will be invited to give a feedback and rate the seller. Once the order is finalized, the seller is paid, and the sale can no longer be disputed.

You must go to your orders history and click on the order concerned by the problem. Locate the Boutton Dispute next to the product concerned and click on it. When opening the dispute the buyer completes a form, then the seller is informed and invited to react, 48 hours after the creation of the dispute a moderator is automatically assigned to the dispute to decide on the basis of the evidences provided at the same time by both seller and buyer. If the seller did not respected his Terms and Conditions you will be fully refunded and the amount paid will go back on your Cocorico wallet.
